Art in Bloom is a weekend event. Each of the 3 days the museum is open 12-5pm to the public but at night the museum comes alive with a black tie dinner on Friday night and an outrageous cocktail party on Saturday night.
On Friday night, dinner was hosted on the Concert Hall stage, each of the 18 tables was uniquely designed to match the art in the museum's "Animals & Art" exhibit. Design work by Great Expectations. Floral work by Stems LLC.
The details went right down to the design of individual napkins.
An amazing dinner and service was prepared and managed by Apiary Fine Catering and Cooper Vaughn.
Linens of every texture and color were found by our design team here at Great Expectations. We loved the fur on this polar bear table!
Our Great Expectations team checked in and registered all guests both nights and handled check out of the live and silent auctions. This hand selected team is the best in the region at running auctions.
Guests were greeted by artistic fashions created and directed by Maui Crane Designs. Here our signature "flamingo" and "black crow" greet guests.
