Those who know me, know that I have am very organized and structured.  However, I also have a creative side and love seeing art with flowers and fabric come to life.  Well, I felt like I found someone just like me in my April 21st bride Lori.  She spoke my language!  She was uber-organized and very detailed, yet she did her own flowers and gave me very specific instructions on how to layout her table decor.  Pure bliss!  I knew I had carried out her vision perfectly when tears came to her eyes upon walking in the reception tent.  Let me tell you….it does not get any better than that in my job as wedding planner!  I love to see YOUR vision come to life and the JOY on your face!

Below are a few pictures of my favorite details from her wedding. CLICK TO ENLARGE IF YOU WANT MORE DETAIL.

All of her stationery, from invitations, to programs, to escort cards, were hand embossed with her monogram wax seal.

Lori did a "first look" with her parents at the foot of the stairs. She also presented her mom with a surprise embroidered handkerchief. It was so touching.

After the ceremony (held in front of the Jewel Room at HWM), guests were dismissed through the archway into the formal gardens for passed drinks and hors.

Cocktail tables were decorated with vintage books and china pieces.

Fun for guests of all ages to enjoy the HWM grounds.

Loved the placement of the bar in the Jon Carloftis-designed garden for guests to enjoy and relax on the wrought iron furniture during downtime.

Dinner tables were gorgeous with long tables, alternating flowers and lots of candles! Very romantic and guests loved it!

The bride found this perfect settee to use at the Sweetheart Table.

My ultimate favorite detail: she and her dad found 5 of these chandeliers, painted them and the dad lovingly hung them perfectly for his daughter. Don't you just love Fathers of the bride?! I do!
