These are the basic packages we offer. Please remember, we can easily customize a package for you to apply to your specific needs and budget.

Silver Package—“The Basics – Day of Wedding and Rehearsal only” ~ up to 20 hours
This package is concentrated on Wedding Day Management & Coordination only. This would include 2 meetings prior to the wedding day, organizing the rehearsal and directing the wedding ceremony and reception. Our professional consultants will assist you with etiquette, vendor confirmation and a detailed time line for the wedding week. This package is designed for the couple who wants to do all the pre-event planning themselves, but is wise to the fact that they have spent a lot of time and money to get to this point. They want to turn over the last minute details to someone they can trust to ensure all is perfect on their big day so they can enjoy everything this day holds.

Diamond Package—“Some Help with Planning and The Basics” ~ up to 40 hours
This package is for the couple who wants to spend a little more time discussing all aspects of their wedding. The consultant would be available to do everything in the above Basics package PLUS an additional 20 hours of planning on areas of your choice. Every couple has their own ideas of the dream wedding and what is most important to them. We will help you with those parts in which you need or want special assistance. Some examples might be: negotiating with and selecting vendors, assisting in menu design and planning, venue layout and flow, or the overall design of the wedding. This package will certainly save you time and money.

Platinum Package—“Help with Everything” ~ up to 80 hours
This is full-service wedding planning designed for the couple who prefers to have a consultant involved from the very beginning and/or wants them involved in all the details. It is a necessity for outdoor weddings, out-of-town couples, those with busy career and family obligations, or complex entire-weekend events. We would assist with every facet of the wedding planning, design and handle all the details involved that you wish us to participate in. This includes all the services mentioned above and much, much more.

*$100 is added to any package with an outdoor ceremony, as two coordinators are required.

A custom designed wedding package can be tailored to your exact needs. We always pride ourselves in giving the utmost in service and want to do as much (or as little) as you desire. We will always spell out exactly your wishes and our services to ensure everything is covered.
