Vintage-inspired Paper Pom Flowers
I made some paper poms this week, with hopes of working on a July wedding for a client. She is in love with paper pom flowers, and now, so am I. They are fun, modern and easy to make. You can tell this couple has put a lot of thought into what they want their wedding to look like, how it will represent their style. That is so personal, and truly what your guests want. They want to see your personality stamped all over the day. It should reflect who you are, independently and as a couple.
You can learn how to make these right on Martha Stewart Weddings (oh Martha, you ARE my hero). Here are some fun ideas on how to use these vintage- inspired works of art.
Beautiful to hang over the bridal table, your dancefloor or cake.
I love this vintage idea of putting them on the bridal getaway car.
Paper poms at each placesetting or at the base of your candle pieces (but not too close!)
Beautiful color poms added to branches brighten up any area.
Paper flowers on your wedding cake.
Paper pom wreaths on your pews or on the church doors.
